Play Live!

Gates open at 5.00pm To kick start the evening we will have winners of our local band competition ‘Play Live' taking to the stage. They will have won the chance to perform in front of thousands, following a series of live judging sessions – what a great opportunity!

Soulfish

Fabulous local band Soulfish will then ‘warm-up' the crowd with their amazing high energy renditions of all your favourite soul classics. They are sure to get everyone up and dancing!

Cool Britannia!

The main entertainment of the evening is Cool Britannia! West End stars perform an array of British pop masterpieces backed by the English National Orchestra. Inspired by the Queen's 60 year reign, songs come from artists such as; The Beatles, The Bee Gees, Status Quo, Take That, Queen and Coldplay and will have you up on your feet and dancing . You're going to know all the words!

The evening will be rounded off at 10.30pm with a firework spectacular.

Note: Strictly no glass bottles or picnics are permitted on Saturday. Enjoy the food and drink on sale inside the venue.

The Great British Jubilee Proms!

Gates open at 4.00pm. The Spirit of Tring will welcome a wonderful tenor and stunning soprano to the stage - for an evening brimming with British pride in celebration of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.

Led by the wonderful and entertaining conductor Jae Alexander, the English National Orchestra will take you through a magical evening featuring all the popular proms classics including; Rule Britannia, Nessun Dorma, Triple Crown Classics and Jerusalem, as well as a few recognisable movie themes and some you might not have heard yet.

Spitfire Fly-by

Back by popular demand, the evening will feature the stunning Spitfire fly-by – an amazing display choreographed in time with the music. The town is still raving about last year's display - don't miss it this year!

Firework Finale!

A fantastic firework finale will signal the end of the evening at 10.00pm.

 


Note: Picnics are permitted on Sunday, but glass bottles brought in to the venue will be confiscated.
